Join MailerMen as a DevOps / SRE Engineer in Bangalore. You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. With one year of experience behind you, you'll contribute directly to production systems from your first sprint. The position is onsite at our Bangalore office, offering close collaboration with the local team.
Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot deployment and production incidents.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
- Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.
- Monitor application health, logs and infrastructure metrics.
- Define alerts, dashboards and on-call runbooks.
- Harden container images and deployment configurations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: ArgoCD, Grafana, Helm, ELK Stack, Terraform, Ansible
