We are seeking a Platform Engineer at MailerMen (Hyderabad). You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. This role suits an early-career engineer with about a year of hands-on experience who wants to take on more ownership. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Hyderabad office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reusable deployment and infrastructure components.
- Improve developer workflows and deployment automation.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
- Document platform standards and engineering procedures.
- Track platform reliability metrics and SLOs.
- Maintain monitoring, logging and basic observability systems.
- Evaluate new infrastructure tooling and run pilots.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
- Good to have: Kubernetes, Grafana, Terraform, Loki, Pulumi, Prometheus
