MailerMen has an opening for a DevOps / SRE Engineer based out of Indore. You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. The position is onsite at our Indore office, offering close collaboration with the local team.
Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Monitor application health, logs and infrastructure metrics.
- Harden container images and deployment configurations.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes workloads.
- Define alerts, dashboards and on-call runbooks.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: GitHub Actions, Datadog, ELK Stack, Helm, Prometheus, Python
