We are seeking a DevOps / SRE Engineer at MailerMen (Gurugram). You will improve deployment automation, infrastructure reliability and application observability, making releases faster, safer and more consistent. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. The role is fully remote, with the Gurugram team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: DevOps & Site Reliability Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Conduct post-incident reviews and track action items.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support Kubernetes workloads.
- Collaborate with developers on reliability and release practices.
- Harden container images and deployment configurations.
- Automate repetitive infrastructure and operational tasks.
- Monitor application health, logs and infrastructure metrics.
- Troubleshoot deployment and production incidents.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Python, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Grafana, ArgoCD, Terraform
