MailerMen is hiring a Platform Engineer for our Jaipur team. You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. The position is onsite at our Jaipur office, offering close collaboration with the local team.
Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
- Maintain monitoring, logging and basic observability systems.
- Document platform standards and engineering procedures.
- Improve developer workflows and deployment automation.
- Support containerized workloads and cloud environments.
- Evaluate new infrastructure tooling and run pilots.
- Build self-service tooling for common developer tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
- Good to have: Grafana, Backstage, Loki, Python, Terraform, Go
