We are seeking a Frontend / React Developer at MailerMen (Ahmedabad). You will build modern, responsive user interfaces with React, focusing on performance, accessibility and clean component design. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Ahmedabad office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Engineering - Frontend Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Learn and contribute to modern frontend development practices.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page-load performance.
- Convert UI designs into reusable frontend components.
- Work with REST APIs and application state.
- Follow accessibility, responsive design and coding best practices.
- Implement accessible components following WCAG basics.
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent practical training in Computer Science/IT preferred.
- Good to have: Webpack, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion, Storybook
