MailerMen has an opening for a Frontend / React Developer based out of Bhubaneswar. You will build modern, responsive user interfaces with React, focusing on performance, accessibility and clean component design. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Bhubaneswar office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Engineering - Frontend Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Convert UI designs into reusable frontend components.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page-load performance.
- Learn and contribute to modern frontend development practices.
- Follow accessibility, responsive design and coding best practices.
- Fix UI bugs and improve frontend performance.
- Collaborate with designers on design-system consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent practical training in Computer Science/IT preferred.
- Good to have: TypeScript, Webpack, Framer Motion, Next.js, Redux, Storybook
