MailerMen has an opening for a AI / Machine Learning Engineer based out of Ahmedabad. You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. This is an entry-level role suited to recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with structured mentorship. The role is fully remote, with the Ahmedabad team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Work with engineers and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
- Document experiments, models, APIs and deployment procedures.
- Support labelling, annotation and dataset quality processes.
- Clean, transform and prepare datasets for experimentation and production.
- Develop, train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
- Assist in deploying models with containerized services.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
- Good to have: Docker, XGBoost, MLflow, Airflow, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
