MailerMen is hiring a Full Stack Developer for our Gurugram team. You will contribute across frontend and backend development, from creating responsive user interfaces to developing APIs and database integrations. Freshers with strong fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. The position is onsite at our Gurugram office, offering close collaboration with the local team.
Department: Engineering - Full Stack Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Connect applications with databases and third-party services.
- Contribute to end-to-end feature delivery from design to deployment.
- Optimize applications for performance and usability.
- Build responsive interfaces using React and modern frontend practices.
- Participate in testing, code reviews and deployment activities.
- Improve build tooling and local development experience.
- Implement authentication, validation and error handling.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
- Good to have: PostgreSQL, AWS, Prisma, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, TypeScript
