Join MailerMen as a Software Solutions Engineer in Bhubaneswar. You will design technical solutions for web products and customer requirements, working across APIs, databases, cloud services and software architecture. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The role is fully remote, with the Bhubaneswar team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering - Solutions Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Evaluate technologies based on scalability, cost and maintainability.
- Review existing systems and recommend practical improvements.
- Support developers during implementation and technical troubleshooting.
- Prepare proof-of-concept builds for customer requirements.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, cloud and product teams.
- Review integration plans for feasibility and risk.
- Translate product and customer requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: PostgreSQL, Azure, Microservices, React, GraphQL, Docker
