Our recruiter analytics dashboard shows applicant volume, source breakdown and time to first response. It currently does this with four pie charts and a table that scrolls sideways. Over three months you will turn it into something people use to make decisions.
You will redesign the dashboard around the two questions recruiters ask most: which of my posts are working, and which candidates am I about to lose. That means choosing chart forms deliberately, designing empty and loading states for accounts with almost no data, and building filter and date range controls that do not eat half the screen.
You will also design the CSV export and scheduled report flows, and define a small charting spec covering axis rules, colour assignment across series, and how a chart behaves when someone drops the browser to 380 pixels wide.
Fully remote within India, with two live critiques a week and asynchronous feedback in Figma the rest of the time. You get anonymised usage data to study before you design anything, and the analytics engineer will run queries for you on request. A good fit if you like constraints and are not scared of a spreadsheet.
MailerMen runs a verified job board covering startup and product roles across twelve markets, and takes on interns across engineering, data, design and marketing to build it.
