Saviynt Developer / Consultant

MailerMen is hiring a Saviynt Developer / Consultant to design, develop, configure and implement identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions on Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC). Identity and access management (IAM) decides who can reach which systems, how that access is approved and how it is reviewed over time, so this work sits directly on an organisation's security and audit posture. The role is hands-on: development and solution design, plus requirements gathering and validation with the teams who own the connected applications.
You will configure identity lifecycle management, access requests, approvals, certifications, roles and entitlements, applying role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) controls. Development work covers Saviynt workflows, business rules, custom APIs, plugins and connectors - out-of-the-box, REST and custom - in Java, Groovy and SQL, working with REST APIs, JSON and XML. Integration work spans AD/Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, databases and cloud applications. You will also provide L3 support: troubleshooting provisioning, entitlement, workflow and integration issues down to root cause, and resolving production problems after go-live.
A regular part of the role is audit-facing. You will support user access certifications, entitlement management and SOX compliance and access review processes within Saviynt, and maintain configuration across rules, technical users, UI global configurations, backend configurations and GSP files.
This is a contract role, remote from anywhere in India. Compensation is ₹70,000 – ₹1,10,000 per month plus GST. The role calls for 4–5 years of experience. Apply through MailerMen with your updated resume and a summary of your relevant Saviynt experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure and implement Saviynt IGA solutions on Saviynt EIC.
- Configure user lifecycle management, access requests, approvals, certifications, role management and entitlement governance.
- Develop and customise Saviynt workflows, business rules, REST APIs, plugins and connectors.
- Configure and develop OOTB, REST and custom connectors.
- Integrate Saviynt with AD/Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP, databases and cloud applications.
- Develop custom APIs, reports and analytics within Saviynt.
- Implement and maintain RBAC and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.
- Troubleshoot provisioning, entitlement, workflow and integration issues, and identify root causes.
- Support user access certifications and entitlement management.
- Provide L3 support, post-implementation enhancements, upgrades and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams and application owners on solution design, requirements gathering and validation.
- Participate in end-to-end Saviynt implementation activities: configuration, integration, testing, deployment and support.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in IAM/IGA with strong hands-on Saviynt experience.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
- Strong understanding of IAM/IGA security concepts, identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, SoD and compliance requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, access certification, workflow and email notifications.
- Experience with Saviynt workflows, access requests, certifications, roles, entitlements and provisioning, and the ability to use Saviynt analytics tools.
- Strong experience with the Saviynt REST connector, OOTB connectors and custom connectors.
- Proficiency in Java/Groovy, SQL, REST APIs, JSON and XML.
- Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications such as AD/Azure AD, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, LDAP and databases.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex Saviynt issues.
- Experience managing SOX compliance, auditing and access review processes within Saviynt.
- Experience with configuration management of rules, technical users, UI global configurations, backend configurations and GSP files.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
