Identity Architect – SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Identity Architect with a strong background in designing and leading SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementations.
The ideal candidate should combine deep technical expertise with strong solutioning, client-facing, and technical leadership capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience designing and leading SailPoint ISC implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience extending and customizing ISC using:
- SailPoint Rules
- PowerShell Scripting
- REST APIs
- Java-based Services and Integrations
- Strong understanding of:
- JDBC Connectors
- Relational Databases
- Web Services Integrations
- Ability to evaluate multiple technical approaches, clearly articulate trade-offs, and guide clients toward solutions that align with their business and technical requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex identity and security concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile delivery environment with bi-monthly sprint cycles.
- SailPoint ISC Engineer certification is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading and mentoring development or implementation teams.
- Prior experience with Agentic AI development or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Strong technical leadership skills, including:
- Solution reviews
- Design decisions
- Development oversight
- Implementation guidance
- Ability to work effectively with:
- Client stakeholders
- Architects
- Engineers
- Cross-functional teams
- Experience working with stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
