MailerMen is hiring a Software Engineer / SDE for our Indore team. You will design, build and maintain software features across our products, writing clean, tested code and collaborating in an agile team. Freshers with strong fundamentals and hands-on project or internship experience are encouraged to apply. The role is fully remote, with the Indore team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Engineering Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Debug issues and write basic automated tests.
- Develop and maintain application features under senior guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
- Contribute to shared libraries and internal tools.
- Write clean, readable and maintainable code.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation and retrospectives.
- Work with APIs, databases and frontend or backend components.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Docker, Spring Boot, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Java
