MailerMen publishes around forty new pages a month, from explainers on internship interview questions to city landing pages for the job board. Over three months you take a slice of that calendar and own it end to end: the brief, the draft, the internal links, the meta title, the publish.
Every Monday you sit with the content lead, pick targets from our keyword tracker, and go and write. Most pieces run eight hundred to fifteen hundred words and pass through one editing round before they ship. You will learn to write for a search intent instead of a word count, to place internal links people actually click, and to open Search Console to see which of your headings pulled impressions and which sank.
By the end you have a portfolio of published, indexed, ranking pages with your byline on them, plus a real sense of why three of your articles reached page one and two did not. That distinction is most of the job.
The role is hybrid: two days a week in the Indiranagar office for planning and edits, the rest wherever you write best. Bring two writing samples, however scrappy.
MailerMen runs a verified job board covering startup and product roles across twelve markets, and takes on interns across engineering, data, design and marketing to build it.
