Two Instagram handles, one LinkedIn page and a small but noisy presence in student subreddits. That is what you help run for three months. Our audience is final-year students and recent graduates, which means everything has to be useful before it is promotional.
You plan the weekly calendar, write captions and hooks, brief the designer on carousels, and schedule the lot. You run the fresher salary reality check series on Instagram, and you draft the founder's weekly LinkedIn post from a fifteen minute call, shipping it in his voice rather than yours. Community management sits with you as well: replying to comments and DMs from candidates, most of whom are anxious about placements and deserve a real answer.
Follower count is not the metric. Every Friday you log saves, shares and profile-to-site clicks, and once a month you present what you learned. Expect to be asked why a particular post worked and to have a better answer than luck.
The role is hybrid with three days a week in the Andheri office, partly because some of the best content gets shot there.
MailerMen runs a verified job board covering startup and product roles across twelve markets, and takes on interns across engineering, data, design and marketing to build it.
