As a Figma Designer with MailerMen you take responsibility for whole flows, get a say in how the design system evolves, and see how your choices behave once real users reach them, which is the feedback loop that moves a mid-level designer forward faster than any course does.
The work itself is easy to describe: wireframes and user flows, high-fidelity interfaces for desktop, tablet and mobile, clickable prototypes, clean developer handoffs, and a review pass once a feature has been built. The growth comes from doing all of that on a live product instead of a brief.
This is a full-time, onsite role in Gwalior for someone with two to four years of professional design experience. Researching and applying current UI and UX practice is part of the job description here, not something squeezed in after hours.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and user flows.
- Design high-fidelity web and application interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Develop reusable design components.
- Maintain design systems.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Translate product requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with developers during implementation.
- Provide developer-ready design handoffs.
- Review implemented designs and provide visual feedback.
- Research and apply modern UI/UX design practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
- Strong hands-on Figma experience.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
- Understanding of responsive design.
- Experience creating design systems and reusable components.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
