Most of this job is the unglamorous middle of design work: taking a half-formed product idea, sketching the flow, and pushing it through wireframes until the screens make sense to someone opening them for the first time. At MailerMen that happens on a live job board used by candidates and hiring teams, so a decision about a listing layout or a search filter ends up in front of real users rather than in a portfolio deck.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Noida, working directly with the product and engineering people who build what you design. Expect a fair amount of back and forth. Designs get questioned, simplified and revised before they ship, and you are expected to explain your reasoning as clearly as you present your visuals.
We hire at the two to four year mark because the work needs someone past the tutorial stage in Figma: comfortable owning a screen end to end, still curious about how design decisions behave once they meet real traffic.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and user flows.
- Design high-fidelity web and application interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Develop reusable design components.
- Maintain design systems.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Translate product requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with developers during implementation.
- Provide developer-ready design handoffs.
- Review implemented designs and provide visual feedback.
- Research and apply modern UI/UX design practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
- Strong hands-on Figma experience.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
- Understanding of responsive design.
- Experience creating design systems and reusable components.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
