Design here does not end when the file looks good. The role is based in Jaipur, full-time and onsite, working alongside the product and development team. That proximity is the point: questions get answered quickly, and you are pulled into requirement discussions early enough to shape what gets built instead of decorating it afterwards.
MailerMen is a small team running a verified job board for startup and product roles, so one designer covers a lot of surface area over a year, from application flows to employer-facing screens. Two to four years of professional UI/UX or product design work is the level being hired at.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes and user flows.
- Design high-fidelity web and application interfaces.
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Develop reusable design components.
- Maintain design systems.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Translate product requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Collaborate with developers during implementation.
- Provide developer-ready design handoffs.
- Review implemented designs and provide visual feedback.
- Research and apply modern UI/UX design practices.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
- Strong hands-on Figma experience.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping.
- Understanding of responsive design.
- Experience creating design systems and reusable components.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
