If you have finished a Node.js course and have no idea what to do next, this is aimed squarely at you. The internship runs for two months, fully remote across India, and is built as a guided first step into a real repository rather than another tutorial project. You join the internal tools squad, which maintains the admin panel our support team lives in all day.
Your tasks are small and real: a Prisma model for support tickets, Express routes to list and reassign them, a CSV export that streams instead of loading the whole table into memory, and Zod validation on every input you touch. Each task arrives as a written brief with a mentor attached and a review before it ships. There is no stipend on this one, and we would rather say so plainly than bury it three screens down. What you get is structured mentorship, a merged pull request history on production code, and a reference letter written by someone who actually watched you work. Two mentor calls a week, a shared backlog you pull from, and no assumption that you already understand deployment.
MailerMen runs a verified job board covering startup and product roles across twelve markets, and takes on interns across engineering, data, design and marketing to build it.
