Our growth team spends a real budget across LinkedIn, Google and a newsletter list of eighty thousand job seekers, then reports on all of it with a spreadsheet that breaks every second Tuesday.
You will spend three months in our Delhi NCR office rebuilding how marketing measures itself. First you map every campaign source onto a consistent UTM convention. Then you rebuild signup attribution in SQL so a channel is credited on the same basis every time. The output is a weekly channel performance view in Metabase with cost per qualified candidate as the headline number.
Reporting is only half of the job. You will run the numbers behind live decisions: which subject lines lift open rates on the Friday jobs digest, whether city targeted ads actually reach candidates in that city, what a paused campaign really costs us. Expect to present a finding to the marketing lead most weeks and be asked how confident you are in it.
A final year student or recent graduate who is genuinely quick in Excel, willing to learn SQL properly, and comfortable saying out loud that a campaign is not working. Marketing analytics rewards people who are stubborn about definitions, and you will get plenty of practice.
MailerMen runs a verified job board covering startup and product roles across twelve markets, and takes on interns across engineering, data, design and marketing to build it.
