Last quarter MailerMen sent close to two million emails to candidates and employers, and nobody can tell you which subject lines earned the opens. Untangling that is your first assignment. The internship runs three months out of our Gurugram office, with two days on site each week and the rest from wherever you study or live.
You will pull campaign exports from Mailchimp and Google Analytics into one weekly dataset, first in Sheets and later in a Python notebook once the volume outgrows a spreadsheet. You will own the marketing scorecard covering open rate, click through, unsubscribes and applications generated per campaign. A bigger piece of work is the A/B analysis of send timing for the weekly jobs digest, where you tell the content team whether the difference they think they see is real or just noise. This suits a final year marketing, economics or statistics student who likes numbers more than adjectives. Be careful with them, because a wrong figure in a marketing report gets repeated in three meetings before anyone checks it. No professional experience is required and we will fill in the statistics you have not covered yet.
MailerMen runs a verified job board covering startup and product roles across twelve markets, and takes on interns across engineering, data, design and marketing to build it.
