Full Stack Developer, Contract

A six-month contract, fully remote

We are bringing on an experienced contractor to build a self-serve onboarding flow for smaller Auralis customers. Today every account is set up by hand, which caps how many customers we can take on. The contract is six months with a strong chance of extension.

Scope of work

Design and build the signup, workspace creation, data-source connection and first-dashboard experience. Front end is React, back end is Django with Postgres. You will work with our product lead and have full access to the existing codebase and the two engineers who know it best.

This is a well-defined project with a clear finish line, which is exactly what we want from a contract engagement.

What we look for

Four or more years of full stack experience and a track record of delivering contract work without heavy supervision. You should be comfortable making product decisions inside an agreed scope rather than waiting for a specification for every screen.

Invoicing is monthly against agreed milestones. The figure shown is an annualised equivalent for comparison; the actual contract is quoted as a monthly rate.
