We are seeking a Generative AI / LLM Engineer at MailerMen (Indore). You will develop AI-powered product features using large language models, covering prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, AI workflows and API integrations. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. The position is onsite at our Indore office, offering close collaboration with the local team.
Department: Engineering - Generative AI Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Evaluate model quality, latency, cost and reliability.
- Work with frontend and backend teams to ship AI features.
- Create AI agents and workflow automations where appropriate.
- Integrate commercial and open-source model APIs.
- Maintain prompt libraries and evaluation datasets.
- Prototype agentic workflows for internal automation.
- Develop LLM-powered features for web and business applications.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: LlamaIndex, LangChain, Vector Databases, Docker, Guardrails, RAG
