Join MailerMen as a Platform Engineer in Bangalore. You will create reliable internal infrastructure and developer tooling, working on cloud environments, deployment automation, observability and reusable platform components. You should have roughly one year of practical experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative product team. The role is fully remote, with the Bangalore team as your home base for occasional meetups.
Department: Platform & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application deployment issues.
- Maintain monitoring, logging and basic observability systems.
- Support containerized workloads and cloud environments.
- Build and maintain reusable deployment and infrastructure components.
- Maintain internal templates for new services and pipelines.
- Improve developer workflows and deployment automation.
- Build self-service tooling for common developer tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related technical field preferred.
- Good to have: Kubernetes, Backstage, Go, Vault, Loki, Terraform
