We are seeking a Data Scientist at MailerMen (Indore). You will turn product and business data into useful insights and predictive models through exploratory analysis, statistics and machine learning. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Indore office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Data & Analytics Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Prototype models in notebooks and hand off for productionization.
- Build and evaluate statistical and machine learning models.
- Analyze structured datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
- Design metrics and dashboards for product teams.
- Document analytical methods, assumptions and results.
- Create clear reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Airflow, Jupyter, Spark, LightGBM, Looker, AWS
