MailerMen has an opening for a Backend Developer based out of Noida. You will build reliable APIs, services and database-driven features, working closely with frontend developers and product teams to deliver secure, scalable backend systems. This is an entry-level role suited to recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with structured mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Noida office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Engineering - Backend Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Contribute to API documentation and internal developer guides.
- Debug production issues and improve application performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Write unit and integration tests for backend services.
- Design database schemas, queries and data-access logic.
- Implement authentication, authorization and application security practices.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related technical field preferred.
- Good to have: Prisma, Redis, Docker, Express.js, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ
