MailerMen has an opening for a Data Engineer based out of Gurugram. You will build dependable data pipelines and data-processing systems that support product decisions and operational reporting. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Gurugram office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Engineering - Data Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Write efficient SQL for data transformation and analysis.
- Design data models and maintain reliable datasets.
- Integrate data from APIs, databases and application systems.
- Improve pipeline performance and operational reliability.
- Support analytics teams with curated, well-documented datasets.
- Tune warehouse queries and storage layouts for cost and speed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, Mathematics or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Airflow, dbt, BigQuery, Great Expectations, Kafka, Snowflake
