Join MailerMen as a Cybersecurity Engineer in Hyderabad. You will help secure applications and infrastructure through vulnerability assessment, secure configuration, monitoring and security best practices. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Hyderabad office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Security & Infrastructure Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Work with engineering teams to address security issues.
- Document security findings and remediation steps.
- Assist with vulnerability assessments and security reviews.
- Perform basic security testing of web applications and APIs.
- Monitor security alerts and investigate suspicious activity.
- Support incident response and log investigation.
- Promote secure coding practices across engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: Burp Suite, Nessus, OWASP ZAP, IAM, Wireshark, Cloud Security
