MailerMen is looking for a Generative AI / LLM Engineer to join our growing Noida engineering group. You will develop AI-powered product features using large language models, covering prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, AI workflows and API integrations. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The position is onsite at our Noida office, offering close collaboration with the local team.
Department: Engineering - Generative AI Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Implement guardrails and safe-output handling for AI features.
- Design prompts and evaluation workflows for reliable AI outputs.
- Integrate commercial and open-source model APIs.
- Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- Create AI agents and workflow automations where appropriate.
- Work with frontend and backend teams to ship AI features.
- Prototype agentic workflows for internal automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: LangChain, Streamlit, RAG, FastAPI, Azure OpenAI, LlamaIndex
