Every Thursday two founders sit in a small treated room in Gachibowli and argue about hiring for ninety minutes. Somebody has to turn that into something people finish.
Across three months you will own the video side of our weekly podcast. Three cameras, four microphones, and a conversation that meanders. Your job is the story edit first: find the argument, cut the tangents, and get a ninety minute record down to a tight forty without it feeling amputated. After that comes the switching, cutting between the wide and two singles so the picture follows whoever is genuinely interesting in that moment.
Audio is half of a podcast video, so you will spend real time on noise reduction, de-essing and levelling before anything is exported. You will also cut three to five clips per episode for social, add animated captions, and prepare the static waveform version for the audio-only platforms.
You get the whole episode, not a slice of it. Feedback comes from the show producer after each release, and your name goes in the credits. Two days a week you will be in the studio, ideally record day and the day after, and the rest is yours to schedule.
