MailerMen is hiring a Software Solutions Engineer for our Ahmedabad team. You will design technical solutions for web products and customer requirements, working across APIs, databases, cloud services and software architecture. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Ahmedabad office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.
Department: Engineering - Solutions Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Prepare proof-of-concept builds for customer requirements.
- Review integration plans for feasibility and risk.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, cloud and product teams.
- Design application components, APIs and integration approaches.
- Evaluate technologies based on scalability, cost and maintainability.
- Review existing systems and recommend practical improvements.
- Translate product and customer requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Good to have: PostgreSQL, GraphQL, AWS, Terraform, Event-driven design, Kubernetes
